STAFF REPORTS
Troopers stopped Austen B. Atkinsbross on ST-417 in the town of Allegany for failure to dim his headlights. Upon interviewing Atkinsbross, Troopers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Atkinsbross was administered SFST’s which he failed. Atkinsbross was processed at SP Olean where he submitted to a breath test which yielded a result of 0.27% BAC.
Atkinsbross was issued vehicle and traffic tickets returnable to the Allegany Town Court at a later date
