ASHVILLE — A 29-year-old Ashville man was arrested Wednesday as a “fugitive from justice,” according to New York State Police. 



The Troopers pulled Charles Crissman over on Route 474 for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Crissman was wanted out of Warren County, PA, for failing to pay child support. Crissman was taken into custody and processed at SP Jamestown. Crissman was then arraigned in the town of North Harmony Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
