A 25-year-old Erie, P.A. woman was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on November 22, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.

According to New York State Troopers, Stephanie Feliciano-Rodriguez was pulled over on I-86 in Randolph for speeding and while speaking to Feliciano-Rodriguez, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Feliciano-Rodriguez and her vehicle revealed a bag containing 11 Clonazepam pills, a marijuana cigarette and a grinder containing marijuana residue. Feliciano-Rodriguez was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.

Feliciano-Rodriguez then was released with appearance tickets and traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court later in the month.
