A 36-year-old Sherman man was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th Degree on November 7, 2018 following a probation investigation.

According to New York State Police, members of Chautauqua County Probation were conducting a home visit at Bobby Fowler’s residence during which time over thirty grams of marijuana were located. Chautauqua County Probation then notified the State Police. Fowler was processed at SP Jamestown and released with an appearance ticket.

Fowler is scheduled to appear in the town of Sherman Court later in the month to answer the charge.
