STAFF REPORTS

A 34-year-old Salamanca man was charged with Aggravated DWI on November 10, 2018 following the report of an unresponsive driver.

According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to Hatchery Road in Cold Spring for a report of a man slumped over the wheel. Upon arrival, the Troopers located Catlin Jackson parked in the middle of the roadway, in an unconscious state behind the wheel and among open containers of alcohol. Jackson was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .19%.

Jackson was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Cold Spring Court and released. Jackson is scheduled to appear in the town of Cold Spring Court later in the month.
