A 29-year-old Lockport man was charged with DWI on November 11, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers stopped Michael P. Zeoli for inadequate headlights on State Route 219 in the Village of Ellicottville. Zeoli was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and was transported to SP Ellicottville for processing. Zeoli recorded a 0.15%BAC.
Zeoli was issued tickets returnable to the Village of Ellicottville in November 2018.
