A 47-year-old Lewiston woman was charged with 8 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and 5 counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree on November 6, 2018 following a call to police about alcohol being supplied to minors.
According to the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the BCI investigated a complaint of multiple occasions from June 2017 to August 2018 when Tricia Vacanti supplied alcohol for youths under 17 years old.
Vacanti was arrested and processed at SP Niagara and arraigned at the town of Lewiston Court. Vacanti was released on her own recognizance and is to return to the town of Lewiston Court in December of 2018.
