A 19-year-old Lackawanna man was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana on November 5, 2018 following a call to police from the campus of St. Bonaventure University.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to the St. Bonaventure University Safety & Security office for a report of found drugs. Their investigation revealed that a resident director had discovered and confiscated over six ounces of marijuana from William R. Sanders before turning it over to SBU Safety & Security.
Sanders was arrested and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Allegany Town Court later this month.
