CANTON, N.Y. — The following students are participating in an off-campus study abroad program for the Fall 2018 semester through St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York:

Elizabeth A. Andersen of Buffalo. Andersen is a member of the Class of 2020 and is majoring in sociology. Andersen attended Nichols School. Andersen is participating in St. Lawrence University’s fall off-campus program in the Czech Republic.

Tyler D. Frame of Pittsford. Frame is a member of the Class of 2019 and is majoring in economics and business in the liberal arts. Frame attended Pittsford Sutherland High School. Frame is participating in St. Lawrence University’s fall off-campus program in New York City.

Susan E. Register of Rochester. Register is a member of the Class of 2020 and is majoring in global studies. Register attended Irondequoit High School. Register is participating in St. Lawrence University’s fall off-campus program in Italy.

Katherine R. Walsh of Buffalo. Walsh is a member of the Class of 2020 and is majoring in biology. Walsh attended Nardin Academy. Walsh is participating in St. Lawrence University’s fall off-campus program in Denmark.

Nearly three-quarters of St. Lawrence University undergraduates study abroad, with nearly two-thirds of students studying abroad for a semester or longer. According to the 2017 Open Doors Report on International Educational Exchange, St. Lawrence ranked No. 15 in the “Leading Institutions by Institutional Type-Baccalaureate” category.

The Princeton Review also ranked St. Lawrence 15th for Most Popular Study Abroad Programs in its Best 381 Colleges: 2017 Edition, while Best Choice Schools named St. Lawrence University one of the top-20 colleges in the nation for study abroad opportunities.
