PRESS RELEASE
HUMPHREY — On October 26, 2018, SP Olean Troopers charged Scott P. Swan, 35, of Humphrey with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment.
Troopers responded to a report of a dispute at a residence in the town of Humphrey. Their investigation determined Swan had struck another party with a folding chair while a child was present.
Swan was arrested and arraigned in Humphrey Town Court, and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in Humphrey Town Court in November.
