A 26-year-old Andover man was charged with Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Trespass on October 29, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a traffic stop in Andover where it was determined that Donald K. Bailor had an outstanding warrant issued by the Belfast Town Court stemming from an incident that took place in January 2017.
Bailor was arrested and arraigned in Belfast Town Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $6,000 bail or $12,000 bond. He is due to return to Belfast Town Court in later this month.
