A 52-year-old Hinsdale man was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana on October 13, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a probable cause search subsequent to a traffic stop on State Route 16 in the city of Olean, officers discovered approximately two ounces of marijuana in James J. Fye’s vehicle.
Fye was arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Olean City Court in later this month.
