ABOVE ARE GIFTS FROM BEING GIFTS FROM THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE UNABLE TO QUIT SMOKING

This is my story of how I quit smoking. I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day starting age 12 .
IN 1979 I knew I had to quit if I wanted to see my sons grow and to be there to help them. I try every possible way to quit smoking but I was addicted to the nicotine and I was sure it was going to kill me.
One of personal friends was a psychiatrist, who I met at Canisius College. One night were out having  a coffee. I asked him if he could help me to quit smoking.

He could try something but he wasn’t sure it would work. Dr. Sebastian Fasanello, took to his medical office on Main St. in the Village of Williamsville. He asked be what was my greatest fear I said having a heart attack from smoking being over weight and not exercise as much as I should.

He said he was going to hypnotize and put a frighting image in my brain of my heart turning green and up. if I smoked another cigarette of cigar . I left his office and try to have a cigarette quickly the image of my green  heart appeared in my mind I began frighten I threw the cigarette to the ground and step on it.

I haven’t had a cigarette since 1979 or 39. Thank you Dr.Sibby Fasanello
