A 25-year-old Bliss, NY man was charged with DWI and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on September 29, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during the traffic stop on Lost Nation Road in the town of Centerville, officers determined that Cameron W. Alvey had been operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Alvey was also found to be in possession of approximately 13 grams of marijuana. He was arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.15% BAC
Alvey was processed and released with appearance tickets returnable to the Centerville Town Court in October.
