A 34-year-old Wyoming, NY woman was charged with Petit Larceny on September 18, 2018 following a shoplifting incident.
According to New York State Troopers, officers out of SP Warsaw were enroute to a Larceny complaint from Walmart in the Town of Warsaw. Asset Protection Associate Joeseph Flint advised Troopers that he had watched Kelly K. O’Grady take multiple items and place them in her purse while attempting to leave Walmart. O’Grady admitted to Troopers she had taken the items and was placed under arrest.
She was taken to SP Warsaw and processed without incident. O’Grady was issued an appearance ticket for the town of Warsaw Court.
