A 57-year-old Boston woman was charged with Felony DWI on September 20, 2018 following a near-accident with a State Trooper vehicle.
According to New York State Police, Brenda M. Bellina was pulled over on South Abbott Rd in the Town of Boston after nearly causing an accident with a State Police patrol vehicle. The Trooper interviewing Bellina then detected the odor of alcoholic beverage. Bellina was administered sobriety tests which she failed. She was taken into custody and transported to the Boston barracks where she refused to submit to a breath test.
Bellina was processed for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and released on tickets returnable to the Town of Boston Court on 09/24/18 at 6:00 P.M.
