APPLETON, N.Y. — The next Murder Mystery Dinner at The Winery at Marjim Manor will be held on Sunday, November 3rd at 7 PM. Tickets are $65/person plus tax or $60/person plus tax for a group of 4 or more.

As always, there will be a four course wine and food pairing dinner. Each course will be paired with your choice of a dry or sweet wine. A keepsake wine glass is included.

This time the story has a Celtic theme. The annual Celtic festival is underway. The music is playing, the dancers are performing, the kiosks are doing a brisk business. As an added bonus, the weather is perfect. This appears to be the best annual event ever. Until a scream is heard from the libations tent.

Out back, under a pile of kegs, a pair of feet stick out. The unusual footwear belongs to the libations chair, Jameson Smithwich. Jameson provided the fest with the best beer ever. Beer keeps people happy. Why didn’t he? Who did in the libations chair?

The suspects include the Festival Chair Patrick Fitzpatrick IV; Caber Toss champ Liam Smythe, Celtic Band Director Thomas Tilson Michaels, Children’s Activities chair Pixie, Celtic Gift Kiosk owner Gail Aria McMoll; Food concessions chair Logan O’Barry and Security Guard Clancy O’Malley.

Reservations are required by October 26. They can be made online at www.MarjimManor.com or by calling the winery at 716-778-7001.
