A 34-year-old Jamestown woman was charged with Petit Larceny on September 12, 2018 following a call to police about a stolen cell phone.

According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to 7-11 in Randolph where the complainant stated she set her cell phone on the counter and when she returned, the cell phone was gone.
