A 31-year-old Jamestown woman was charged with DWI on September 12, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Sarina Benedetto was pulled over on Route 60 in Gerry for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Benedetto was placed under arrest. Benedetto was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .09.
Benedetto was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Gerry Court and released.
