Two West Seneca residents were charged with Burglary 2nd Degree on September 10, 2018 following the investigation of a home invasion that occurred in June. 

According to New York State Police, Marcia Patterson of Angle Rd in West Seneca and her sister, Melissa Hauser, of Reserve Rd in West Seneca, are accused of prying open a window to a residence with a screwdriver, entering through the window, and stealing a number of household items as well as several firearms. The stolen items, including the firearms, have been recovered by the State Police.

Both suspects were printed, photographed and processed at SP Elma and are scheduled to appear at the Town of Elma Court on 09/20/18 at 6:30 PM.
