A 41-year-old Hinsdale woman was charged with DWI on September 9, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on Fay Hollow Road in the town of Hinsdale, officers detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Kimberly L. Swartz. Troopers administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which indicated Swartz was intoxicated. She was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where she was found to have a .12% BAC.
Swartz was issued appearance tickets returnable to Hinsdale Town Court in October.
