A 44-year-old Colden woman was charged with Aggravated DWI on September 6, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Kristen J. Torre was pulled over on Holland Glenwood Rd. in the Town of Colden for failure to keep right. Troopers observed the odor of alcoholic beverage on Torre. She was administered sobriety tests which he failed. She was taken into custody and transported to the Boston barracks where she provided a breath sample of .21%.
Torre was processed for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and released on tickets returnable to the Town of Colden Court on 09/17/18 at 7:00 PM.
