A 33-year-old Kill Buck man was charged with Criminal Contempt and Stalking on August 28, 2018 following a call to police about a man in violation of a protection order.
According to New York State Troopers, after an investigation, officers determined that Christopher A. Norton had violated a stay-away order of protection on at least 20 occasions between 8/25/18 and 8/27/18.
Norton was arrested and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. He is due to appear in Portville Village Court later this month.
