A 51-year-old Hamburg man was charged with DWI on August 26, 2018 following a routine stop at a sobriety checkpoint.
According to New York State Troopers, during a sobriety checkpoint on US Route 219 in the town of Ashford, officers determined that Page M. Nowicki had been operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.14% BAC.
Nowicki was released with appearance tickets returnable to Ashford Town Court later this month.
