BOSTON — A 34-year-old Hamburg man was charged Friday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Boston State Road.


According to New York State Police, Bryan C Reska was pulled over for failure to keep right. Troopers observed the odor of alcoholic beverage on Reska. He was administered sobriety tests which he failed. He was taken into custody and transported to the Boston barracks where he provided a breath sample of .22%. 


Reska was processed for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and released on tickets returnable to the Town of Boston Court on Sept. 17.
