ELLINGTON — A 27-year-old Collins man was charged Saturday with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Waterboro Hill Road.
According to New York State Police, Nickolas Pfleuger was pulled over for traffic violations. While speaking to Plfeuger, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Pfleuger and his vehicle revealed a bag containing marijuana and a smoking device containing marijuana residue. Pfleuger’s driver license was also suspended. Pfleuger was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets and was removed from the scene by a third party. Plfeuger is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellington Court later in the month to answer the charges.
