A 61-year-old Perry man was charged with Felony DWI on August 24, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.

According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on NY State Route 246 in the town of Perry, Troopers detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from Steven D. Fronczak’s vehicle. Troopers administered SFST’s which Fronczak failed and they subsequently arrested him. He was taken to SP Warsaw for processing and arraigned in the Town of Warsaw court. 

Fronczak was remanded to Wyoming County Jail on $20,000 cash and $40,000 bail.
