An 18-year-old Arcade man was charged with DWI on August 24, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, an officer stopped Joshua Wagner on State Route 16 in the Town of Yorkshire for an inoperable taillight and loud exhaust. Wagner was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias for processing.
Wagner recorded a .10% BAC.
