A 42-year-old Warsaw woman was charged with Felony DWI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident on August 18, 2018 following a call to police about an erratic driver.
According to New York State Troopers, emergency services received a 911 call about a vehicle that had struck several mailboxes and then continued traveling. The vehicle was then located on Burke Hill Rd. in the Town of Perry. Heather Aldinger was located along with the vehicle. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Aldinger recorded a .14% BAC.
Aldinger was arraigned in the Town of Covington Court and brought to Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
