A 29-year-old Buffalo man was charged with DWAI and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on August 1, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop for speeding while operating on NY State 20A in the Town of Sheldon, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from Joseph B. Sciolino’s vehicle. Trooper administered field sobriety tests and Sciolino was taken to SP Warsaw to be evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).
Sciolino was issued appearance tickets returnable to Sheldon Town Court on August 20, 2018.
