A 25-year-old Clarence man was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on August 16, 2018 following a call to police about unattended children in a vehicle.
According to New York State Troopers, Stephen G. Dewes left two infants unattended in his running vehicle in the parking lot of Home Depot on Transit Rd., town of Clarence.
Dewes was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Clarence Court at a later date.
