A 23-year-old Buffalo man was charged with Aggravated Harassment on August 14, 2018 following a prior incident involving repeated phone calls to an unidentified female.
According to New York State Police, Jonathan Tyner called his ex-girlfriend approximately 30 times on August 10 throughout the night, culminating in a threat being made during one of the conversations. A warrant was subsequently issued by the town of Alden Court. On Aug 14, Tyner was located at Erie County Medical Center, arrested, and arraigned in the town of Alden court.
Tyner was remanded to Erie County Holding center in lieu of $10,000 bail.
