A 39 year old Jamestown man was charged with Assault 3rd Degree on August 7, 2018 following a domestic incident.

According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to the parking lot of a business in Celoron for a report of a domestic dispute. After interviewing the parties at the scene including witnesses, it was determined that Stepphen Graham and the victim chose to meet at the parking lot for a child exchange, soon after which an argument ensued. Graham struck the victim in the face multiple times, resulting in a bloody nose, a laceration above her eye and several red marks on her face and head. Graham was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.

Graham was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court later in the month to answer the charge.
