Our dear old lady, the Town of Amherst, is 200 Year old. She can’t sit down to share this eventful birthday but she gave us permission to celebrate her day with different events.
Aug. 18-19: It’s Scottish Festival Time at the Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village, 3755 Tonawanda Road, Amherst. When I write the letters BNHV they are the abbreviation for Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village
Come September 8th: The BICENTENNIAL GALA AT BNH
September 22: There will be a 5k Run in the Country at BNHV.
October 19-20: Halloween Treat or Treat at the BNHV
December 1: Holiday Tea at the BNHV.
December 2: Breakfast with Santa at BNHV.
Dec. 8: Taste of Christmas at BNHV.
On Dec. 17: The closing ceremony at the Amherst Municipal Building, 5583 Main St. in Williamsville
