A 37 year old Holland woman was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and several other traffic infractions on July 31, 2018 following a call to police about an erratic driver.
According to New York State Troopers, officers were investigating a report of an erratic operator southbound on State Route 16 in the town of Hinsdale when they observed Jennifer M. Mazurkiewicz’s vehicle commit numerous traffic violations in the town of Olean. During a traffic stop on Main Street in the city of Olean, Troopers determined Mazurkiewicz to have been operating her vehicle while in an impaired condition. There was a minor child passenger present in the vehicle at the time of the stop. Mazurkiewicz was arrested and transported to SP Olean for processing.
Mazurkiewicz was released with appearance tickets returnable to Olean City Court later this month.
