On August 2, 2018 at 11:40 A.M., Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to Simmons Road in the town of Covington for a man struck by a bull.
Further investigation reveals that Roy C Bell, 72 of Perry, NY was moving cattle around the farm. A family member located Bell after being struck by the one-year-old bull. Life saving measures were administered to Bell who was unresponsive.
Bell succumbed to his injuries and was taken to Monroe County Medical Examiners Office for autopsy.
