A 27 year old Randolph man was charged with Assault 3rd Degree on July 31, 2018 following a domestic dispute.


According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown for a report of an assault victim. Investigation revealed that during a domestic incident, Alexander St. Cyr slammed a car door on the victim’s hand, resulting in a broken finger. St. Cyr was located in the parking lot and placed under arrest.  


St. Cyr was then transported to SP Jamestown where he was processed, arraigned in the town of Randolph Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
