Monday night’s Town Board meeting was center stage for those people who don’t want the Peanut Line expanded for many good reasons. They feel that their privacy would be invaded and that strangers may end up doing things to their property. They are concerned about peeping toms among other solid reasons to leave the Peanut Trail alone.

The town would like resumés if you are interested in being considered to serve on our Planning Committee or any of the Town Boards. There is an opening at present for the Planning Board because the “Darling of the Developers,” Dal Giuliani’s term expired at the end of 2017. Supervisor Kupla had pleaded for new faces during his campaign to apply for Town Board positions, so please send your resumé or bring it to Town Hall.

Supervisor Brian Kulpa is a very honest and sincere person. Kulpa is looking forward to have new people on all of his boards.  Now is the perfect time to get involved, not merely sit back and wait for someone else to step up.  It’s YOUR turn.
