On July 25th, 2018, Troopers out of SP Jamestown charged Brandi Howard, 38, of Sinclariville, Todd Witt, 40, of Stockton and Gary Warren, 26, of Jamestown, wirh Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree, Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.


According to New York State Troopers, Witt was pulled over on Gerry-Ellington Road in Gerry for a traffic violation and during the traffic stop, officers observed syringes, a tray containing methamphetamine, and marijuana inside the vehicle in plain view. Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies arrived on scene to assist with the investigation, which revealed that Witt’s license was suspended, that Howard was wanted by the city of Jamestown Police Department and there was an active warrant for Warren for a violation of probation. All three suspects were placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and arraigned in the town of Charlotte Court. 


All three suspects were then remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail and are scheduled to appear in the town of Gerry Court next month to answer the charges.
