A 41 year old Allegany man was charged with DWI on July 21, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.

According to New York State Troopers, during the traffic stop on Gile Hollow Road in the town of Hinsdale, officers determined that Donald J. Clark was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers administered standardized field sobriety tests, which indicated Clark was intoxicated. He was arrested and administered a breath test, which showed a .16% BAC.

Clark was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to Hinsdale Town Court in August.
