A 27 year old Buffalo man was charged with DWI on July 21, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers stopped Christopher J. Lynah on Lake St. in the Town of Machias for traveling north in the south bound lane. Lynah was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP MAchias for processing. Lynah recorded a .15% BAC.
Lynah was issued tickets for the Town of Machias returnable in August 2018.
