A 29 year old Friendship man was charged with DWI on July 20, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
On July 20, 2018, SP Olean Troopers arrested Brandon M. Tuttle, 29, of Friendship, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle With .08 of 1% or More Alcohol in Blood, and other traffic infractions.
According to New York State Troopers, during the traffic stop on West State Street in the city of Olean, Troopers determined Brandon M. Tuttle was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers administered standardized field sobriety tests, which indicated Swan was intoxicated. He was arrested and administered a breath test, which showed a .08% BAC.
Swan was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to Olean City Court in August.
