LATHAM, N.Y. — Major General Anthony P. German, the Adjutant General, announces the recent reenlistment of members of the State National Guard in recognition of their continuing commitment to serve community, state and nation as part of the Army National Guard.

Specialist Garrett Fryar from Cheektowaga, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the 105th Military Police Company.

Specialist Edward Logel from Grand Island, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the 105th Military Police Company.

Sergeant Jon Singleton from Angola, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the 152nd Engineer Support Company.

Staff Sergeant Steven Hammerl from Greece, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the 222nd Military Police Company.

Sergeant Alissa Turner from Rochester, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the Brigade Signal Company, 152 Brigade Engineer Battalion.

Specialist Michael Ruiz from Portland, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the Company A, 642nd Support Battalion.

Specialist John Shaughnessy from Henrietta, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the Company A (Distribution), 427th Brigade Support Battalion.

Specialist David Muhirwa from Rochester, N.Y. reenlisted to continue service with the Headquarters and Service Company, 642nd Support Battalion.

I congratulate our members for choosing to stay in service and striking that balance between military duties, education or employment commitments and family obligations.”
