PRESS RELEASE

A 22 year old Warsaw man was charged with DWI and several traffic violations on July 14, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.

According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop for several VTL violations while operating a pickup truck on NY State Route 19 in the town of Pike, officers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Ryan P. Barnhardt’s vehicle. Troopers administered SFSTs, which indicated Barnhardt was intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where he was found to have a .13% BAC.

Barnhardt was issued appearance tickets returnable to Pike Town Court later this month.
