A 21 year old North Tonawanda man was charged with Aggravated DWI on July 4, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop for several VTL violations while operating an ATV on NY State Route 16 in the town of Hinsdale, Troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Ty J. Parmentier. Troopers administered SFSTs, which indicated Parmentier was intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where he was found to have a .23% BAC.
Parmentier was issued appearance tickets returnable to Hinsdale Town Court later this month.
