LYNDONVILLE — A 43-year-old Lyndonville man was charged on June 15 with first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to New York State Police, on June 4, the BCI received a report of a possible sex crime with a juvenile. Further investigation revealed that Jason A. Dusett, had sexual contact with a victim under the age of 11 years old. Dusett was arrested and processed at SP Albion.
Dusett was arraigned in the town of Albion Court and remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/ $20,000 bond.
