A 48 year old Tonawanda man was charged with DWI on June 26, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers out of SP Machias stopped Andrew J. Lagattuta on State Route 16 in the Town of Yorkshire for speeding. Lagattuta was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias for processing. Lagattuta registered a BAC of 0.14%.
Lagattuta was released to a third party with an Appearance Ticket for the Town of Yorkshire Court.
