A 58 year old Lockport man was charged with DWI on June 24, 2018 following a traffic accident.

According to New York State Troopers, officers were dispatched to Lewiston Rd. in the Town of Alabama for report of a vehicle that previously crashed into a ditch.  While speaking to Stanley D. Wilson, the operator, Troopers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage.  Wilson was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Batavia where he provided a breath sample of .08 BAC.

Wilson was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Alabama Court for July 2018.
