A 30 year old Jamestown man was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on June 13, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Thomas Fox was pulled over on Busti-Sugar Grove Road for a traffic violation and while speaking to Fox, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Fox was placed under arrest after he was found to be in possession of a marijuana cigarette.
Fox was released with an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Busti Court on a later date.
