A 36 year old Randolph man was charged with DWI on June 9, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
Travis Hayes was pulled over on Lebanon Road in Steamburg for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Hayes was placed under arrest. Hayes was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .11. Hayes was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Cold Spring Court and released, to appear in the town of Cold Spring Court later in the month.
